1. Excursions (Party Boat, Parasailing, Buggy Tours)

WEATHER CANCELLATIONS

If Glez Multiservices cancels an excursion due to adverse weather, dangerous sea conditions, or other safety concerns, clients will receive a full 100% refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. We will notify clients as early as possible.

MODIFICATIONS

Requests to change the date or time of an excursion must be made at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability. One free modification is allowed per booking; additional changes may incur a $15 administrative fee.

2. Hotel Reservations

Hotel cancellation policies vary by property and will be clearly stated in your booking confirmation. General guidelines:

  • Flexible rate rooms: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in
  • Non-refundable rates: No refund upon cancellation
  • Prepaid/advance purchase: Subject to the hotel’s specific non-refundable policy

Glez Multiservices’s service fee of 10% of the booking value is non-refundable once the reservation is confirmed.

3. Flight Reservations

Flight ticket cancellations and modifications are governed by the airline’s own fare rules at the time of purchase. Glez Multiservices will assist with the cancellation or change process but cannot guarantee a refund from the airline. Any airline-issued refund will be passed on to the client minus our processing fee of $25 per ticket.

  • Airline change/cancellation fees are the client’s responsibility
  • Glez Multiservices is not liable for schedule changes, delays, or cancellations by the airline

4. Professional Services (Tax, Accounting, Immigration)

In cases where a service cannot be completed due to an error on our part, a full refund or complimentary redo will be offered at the client’s choice.

  • Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method
  • Credit card refunds may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear on your statement
