Important: By booking any service through Glez Multiservices, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your reservation.

1. About Glez Multiservices

Glez Multiservices (Reg. No. Rnc 132678699) provides the following services:

• Excursions: Party boat, parasailing, and buggy tours operated from Playa El Cortecito, Bavaro, Punta Cana, Dominican Republic
• Travel services: Hotel and flight reservations
• Professional services: Tax preparation, accounting solutions, and immigration assistance provided from our Florida office at 600 E 25th St, Ste E, Hialeah, FL 33013

2. Booking & Reservations

All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment (or a confirmed deposit where applicable). A booking confirmation will be sent to your registered email address. It is your responsibility to verify the details of your confirmation and notify us immediately of any errors. Glez Multiservices reserves the right to decline any reservation at its discretion.

3. What Is Included — Excursions

PARTY BOAT

• Boat tour of specified duration as listed at booking
• Open bar (alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, for guests 18+)
• Music and onboard entertainment
• Life jackets and basic safety equipment

PARASAILING

• One parasailing flight of approximately 10-15 minutes
• Safety harness and equipment
• Trained licensed operator

BUGGY TOURS

• Guided buggy tour on designated route
• Helmet and protective goggles
• Safety briefing before departure

4. What Is Not Included

• Transportation to/from the departure point (unless explicitly booked)
• Meals or beverages beyond what is specified in the package
• Personal travel insurance (strongly recommended)
• Gratuities for guides or crew
• Any services not explicitly listed in the booking confirmation

5. Age, Health & Safety Requirements

• Alcohol is served exclusively to guests aged 18 years or older. Valid ID may be required.
• Parasailing: minimum weight 40 kg, maximum 120 kg per person. Pregnant women and individuals with heart conditions, back problems, or recent surgery may not participate.
• Buggy tours: participants must be at least 18 years old (or 16 with a guardian) and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Participants agree to follow all safety instructions from our team. Non-compliance may result in removal from the activity without refund.
• Glez Multiservices reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone appearing to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

6. Weather & Force Majeure

Excursions may be cancelled or modified due to adverse weather conditions, ocean swells, high winds, or any circumstance beyond our control (force majeure). In such cases, we will offer clients a rescheduled date or a full refund. Glez Multiservices is not liable for any consequential costs such as flights, hotel nights, or other expenses incurred due to cancellations caused by weather or force majeure events.

7. Professional Services (Tax, Accounting, Immigration)

Our professional services are advisory in nature. While our team strives for accuracy and compliance, Glez Multiservices:

• Does not guarantee specific tax refunds or immigration outcomes
• Relies on information provided by the client — clients are responsible for the accuracy of documents submitted
• Complies with applicable US federal and Florida state regulations
• Maintains strict client confidentiality in accordance with our Privacy Policy

8. Hotel & Flight Reservations

Glez Multiservices acts as an intermediary/travel agent for hotel and flight bookings. The ultimate contract for accommodation and air travel is between the client and the respective hotel or airline. We are not liable for service failures by third-party providers. Cancellation and modification policies of the hotel or airline will apply in addition to our own policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glez Multiservices’s total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida, USA.
